Synopsis of yesterdays episode was given. Bindusar is alive and he recoups at the ashram he sees Devi teaching children abou the good pints osf Ahimsa. Bindusar watches her totally imsersed then he gets the FBs of the attack on him. Devi comes inside with medicine but he is not there she follows him and asks him she was waiting for him to recoup so that he can ask him but he says he has to go . She says violence begets violence but she follows non violence and asks him to come back. Again FB of her curing and taking care by her. Bindusar wants to know who she is and why he is getting attracted to her and he was just wiling away his time and she says she is doing her Dharma.He says for him she is Dharma and he asks her that let her give him place in his heart like she gave in her hut and cured him and nursed his wounds . She puts her hand in his a romantic song in the BG. Marriage and SR of Bindusar and Dharma.Bindusar waits and he sees Khosaran coming both take their arms to attack each other and Mir Khurasan gets FB of his thinking he wont believe till he sees Bindusar s dead body. Bindusar does not believe but Khorasan says he lost his son and his daughter widow before she married . Dharma comes and listens to Khorasan calling him Samrat and she stops Bindusar from telling who she is and asks him to do his Dharma and save Magada. Bindusar also goes taking leave from her and promising to return after he sets everything right.

Justine is being coronated and Helene is very happy. He goes slowly to sit on the throne and Helene is pleased to see her son about to sit on the throne. As the priest bring the crown both mother and son are happy. Helene picks up the crown and smiles as she is about to put the crown Mir stops her. Helene is angry and asks him why he stopped her and then Bindusar comes. His wife is happy and others who indulged in treachery stunned. Helene and Justine pretend to feel happy to see him back and raise happy slogans of long live the King (jaijakar). his wife comes and says I knew Shusima will never be an orphan. Justine and Bindusar hug and Bindusar goes and sits on his throrne admists all Jayajayakar. Helene places the crown on Bindusar head and wishes that good God is there as he could come back. Justine says he will find out who tried to kill him. Entry of Chankya and guru song in the BG. Bindusar wishes and greets his guru. Chankya says the enemy is the one who ordered the assasination of Samrat. Helene Justine are nervous minister too as the assassin is brought in. Chankya says who ordered your killing and both Helene and Justine ask the the assassin who ordered and he says he does not know as that person was always masked. Chankya says he must have bribed you with lot of money or position Man says he was assured the post of Senapati and before Justine could kill him he falls down poisoned. Helene asks the vaidya that he should keep the soldier alive as only he can tell us about the conspiracy to kill. Priest tells that he was slowly poisoned and if given in small quantities it makes them immune but if taken more the it is fatal. She says who else but Chankya could have access to the poison and she says same thing happened to Queen Dhudhara Helene tells about how Bindusar got the mark on his head

Helene tried to involve Chankya and tells about how it was given this is the story

Chanakya feared that there would be assassination plots hatched against Chandragupta by other power hungry kings. To protect Chandragupta, Chanakya wanted to make him immune from poisoning. He added small amounts of poison in Chandragupta's food everyday so that he would get used to it. But Chandragupta was unaware of the poison he consumed every day. One day while dining the Emperor shared his food with Queen Durdhara. She was just seven days away from delivery. The pregnant Queen who did not have poison as her staple diet started collapsing with some shrieks. Chanakya was passing by and he heard the screams. When he came inside the dining hall he found the Queen collapsing. He understood the importance of saving the child within her womb. So first of all he slit the Queen's head so that the poison could not penetrate into her body and harm the child. Then he cut open her belly and took out the baby prince. But it seemed that one drop of poison had penetrated through and it touched the forehead of baby Bindusara. This caused a blue mark on his forehead. Thus the prince was saved.

Queen Durdhara was the mother of Bindusara

Chankaya tells how the maharani was poisoned as someone gave her poison instead of Chandra Gupta because of which she died and how he saved the baby Bindusaar. Bindusar feels why the truth was hidden from him for so long. Chankaya says if you feel/suspect that he is the reason for Bindusara's mother's death then he is ready to die for it to prove his innocence . Justine tries to instigate Bindusar against Acharya Chankya and Helene also says that Chankya should be punished. Chankya says if Samrat is indecisive then he is insulted and he wants to go away from Putliputra and tells even if he goes away he will always be there for Magada and he will come back to save Magada if any dnger befells it and he leaves. Heleln Justine and minister are happy but Bindusar is thoughtful and unhappy.

Announcement is made that Magada is safe as Bindusar is back and he is not dead to look after the praja and asks them to be at peace and do their work.

Dharma is carrying her father wants to tell Bindusar but Dharma refuses saying Magada needs him.

Bindusar goes on a victory ride in his kingdom.

Dharma has FB of Bindusar who also remembers her and is drinking in the palace. Dharma is crying she sees one horse rider but it is not Bindusaar.

Bindusar and Noor get married and their SR but he gets FB of Dharma. Noor asks who are you thinking about and he tells her about Dharma and she saved his life and he has given his heart to her and he feels complete only with Dharma.He is telling her he did not even tell his Maharani/ main Wife Charumitra. Noor is feeling bad and tries to commit suicide . Her father stops her and she tells him everything which Bindusara told her.

Dharma is preparing medicine and Mir comes she says I know Bindusar will come Khorasan says I know that you have dream to become a Queen and goes to Dharma's hut and mocks her wish to become a Queen hits her father and tries to attack her she runs inside her hut but he burns her hut and goes.

She gets pains as her confinement time has come. The hut is burning She prays to God and the lion comes and circles her and the child is born and she says at whose birth I became shoke mukt (free from grief) he is Ashoke.

Precap Chankya says this Magda needs a person as Samrat who is very firm and full of valour. Chankya finds a very brave boy and when he asks his name he replies Samrat Ashoka. Chankya comes to a reluctant Dharma and asks her to give her son to become a king she refuses but Chankya takes her to a Bindusar who is sick and tells him he found the right person who would be king . Ashoka comes to the palace fighting hiding and then climbs a tree and he pulls the arrow hitting his father.All are shocked.
