Hi everyone!!!🤗 Sorry again for making all of you wait so long on my update😳...umm i am not sure when i will post the next chapter because now i am going to work on the update on my previous ff, Meant to Be, but once i update that ff i will have a better idea of when i will be updating for both ff's. Promise that i wont have you wait so long on the updates though. 😊

Chapter 1

It was a typical morning for the Sharma family. Keshav and Pratap were in a hurry as they were getting late for work. "Ma we are getting late. We would eat our breakfast at the office." Keshav was telling NT as they were about to walk out. NT calls out after them saying that they have to eat before they leave for the office and that she will not take no for an answer. Keshav and Pratap knew that NT would not listen to a word they say and that they had to eat before they left for office. Keshav and Pratap went over to the dining table to have their breakfast. Hemleta served them their breakfast quickly as she knew that they had a really important meeting to attend to. Keshav and Pratap ate their breakfast and left. Aditya came running down the stairs as he was getting late. "Oh God! Dad is going to kill me!" "Aditya! Where are you going, beta? Won't you have breakfast before you go?" "No mom. I am getting really late. I will eat later." And he ran out the door. Nivi and Divya coming down the stairs all excited since it was the 1st day back to college. Nivi was wearing a pink dress and Divya was wearing a light blue top with jeans. Divya of course also had a lot of make-up on. She always was a fan of make-up. When she was a little girl, she would sneak into her parent's room when they weren't home and go into her mom's make-up kit all the time. Nivi on the other hand did not like to put on a lot of make-up. She would only have light make-up on, that it looked natural. NIVI and Divya had been super bored over the summer and couldn't wait to meet their friends. NT and Hemleta did not even bother to ask them about their breakfast since they already knew that they would eat with their friends at the canteen. Nivi and Divya give a big hug and said bye to NT and Hemleta.

Nivi and Divya got in the car and drove off. Nivi could not believe that it was her Di's final year at the University. She had no idea as to what she would do the next few years. All of the friends that she hung out with were mostly her Di's friends and would be graduating in the spring with her Di. As they were driving out of the gate they noticed a moving truck and a couple of cars at the house next door. "Hey Nivi, looks like our new neighbors have arrived." "Yeah Di, wonder who they are?" The girls did not see anyone outside except for the movers. "Well, we can come welcome them to the neighborhood with mom and dadi later today when we come home from college" "ya di that is a really good idea." And they went straight to college to meet their friends.

As they arrived, and parked their car, they made their way toward the Pacific Spirit Place. Nivi and Divya really needed their Starbucks right now. They couldn't get through a single class period if they didn't have their Mochas. They walked in and got their drinks and headed toward their friends. "Hey guys!" Nivi and Divya said at the same time. "Hey, look who finally showed up." Kushal was teasing Divya again. "Kushal!" Divya hits him on the head. "Roshni, tell your boyfriend to stop." "Hey don't bring me into this? Anyways how was your guy's break. Mine was fabulous if you are wondering, since all of you know that I was going to go on a cruise with my mom and dad." "Oh ya, Nivi and I totally forgot that you were gone. And we were trying to reach you at your house all summer." Roshni shakes her head in disappointment. "Divya you forgetting I can understand, but you too Nivi. What's wrong with you? You never forget anything." "Well I guess I do." Nivi starts giggling. "Anyways how was it? Did you take a lot of pictures? And please tell me that you met someone and are going to dump this loser over here." Divya starts. "Hey!" Kushal gets angry. "Kushal, chill baby. Divya stop. It was great. And I did take a lot a lot of pics. And NO I did not meet anyone else. You know that Kushal is the only one for me. So can it" She gives Kushal a hug. "I think I'm gonna be sick…" "DIVYA!" "Ok…ok I will stop. Happy?" "Nisha, Anglie wanna start heading toward class?" Nivi, Nisha, Anglie, Roshni, and Kushal look at Divya in shock. This is the first time that she wants to go to class before the class is already 15 minutes in session at least. Divya looks at them. She understands why they are looking at her like that, but she pretends she doesn't know anything and takes hold of Nivi's hand. And they head toward their classes.
