Scene 65

He had invited her in a small restaurant and they were the only one. Nivedita looked around and she couldn't see anyone. Soon a waiter came with a cake and it was written on it "Happy anniversary." She looked at him and he was smiling and soon as the waiter was gone Viren hugged her from behind and said that "happy anniversary my love," did you really think that I had forgotten it. Nivedita was looking at him and then Viren asked her to sit and soon waiter came with food. Viren asked her to feed him and Nivedita was shying because of the waiter. Viren asked him to leave and then said that he loved the way she revived the old moments. Nivedita was smiling and began to feed him. They were enjoying themselves and talking about all that they couldn't talk about in last two months.

It was late and Nivedita asked whether he had planned that they were going to stay here tonight. Viren whispered in her ear that if she wanted to, then he could arrange it. Nivedita was not able to say anything and then he took her hand in his and said that they were going home. Nivedita asked him how and when did he plan all this and he smiled that he always had time for romance. Nivedita whispered in his ear this time that she loved this quality of him. Viren was about to kiss her when Nivedita asked him to drive and Viren with sad face said okey boss and both went home laughing.

On their way home, Nivedita realized that they were not heading home and she kept asking Viren about were they were going and Viren kept smiling and ask her to wait. They reached a little outside the town, but not so far away from their publishing house. Viren stopped in front of a small, but beautiful bungalow. It was named "Aashiana-e-Ishq." Nivedita looked at it and liked it. It had a little garden and the whole bungalow was decorated with diya's and lightend up.

Viren asked her to come in with him and Nivedita was like no way… We cannot enter someone else home. Viren was smiling and then he said, welcome home Nivedita. Nivedita looked shocked towards him and he continued by saying that this is her gift for the anniversary. Nivedita was still numb and then Viren took her hand in his and gave her the keys. Nivedita looked at him questionably.

He understood what her eyes were asking and said that this was something he was working on the last two months. He actually got promotion at work on the condition of getting a huge tender. He had worked hard and was rewarded with post of manager. This was not all; he also got a better deal regarding the publishing house. An American firm had he contacted through his job and it gave them a profitable deal. So with all that he could afford the motorcycle and then paid the advance for the bungalow.

Nivedita kept looking at him. He was full of surprises and his honesty was paying off. She was thanking God for every second she had spent and was going to spend with Viren. He was the perfect man for her and his selflessness was something which was making her feel the luckiest girl on earth. The love, she had never acknowledged, was something she at the moment couldn't imagine a day without. She was lost somewhere; she only saw Viren everywhere. She hugged him in front of the main door. Viren was surprised, but then he knew that she was emotional and when she was like that, there were no boundries.

He asked her whether they should proceed and realizing that she was hugging him in publicaly, she pulled herself back and nodded. She kept waiting and Viren kept looking at her. Then she asked him about entering and he told her that she had the keys. She felt embarrassed and then opened the door. On their way in she asked about who had done the decoration and Viren told her that he and Yash were busy with it. Yash went home a while ago. Nivedita looked at Viren and then Viren said that didn't I tell you that you'll never know me and Nivedita answered, yes and I love that you are surprising.

Inside the house… everthing was arranged as Nivedita had wished. Viren had occasionally asked her about her opinion about furniture and different things. Now she understood Viren's questions and she kept smiling. She asked him about the big house and reason for why it was so big and Viren kept smiling and then at one moment, he made her quite by kissing her passionately and said that today was their day and he was not going to waste any moment talking about other things. There was something different in him today than the other days. Viren was always passionate, but today he seemed more than that.

He lifted her in his arms and walked upstairs to their room. It was lightened and decorated with flowers and he welcomed her in his paradise of love. He stood inside the room with her and then closed the door with his foot. Nivedita was looking at him and she had not seen the decoration yet. Today was she only focusing on him and he was driving her mad. Viren sat her down and asked her to come with her. He held her hand and then took her towards the window. The moonlight was coming through the window and in it; Nivedita was looking stunning according to Viren.

He went behind Nivedita and took her hair away from her back and kissed on her back and said, I till remember the night where I saw you standing in front of the window in your room. Then he slowly tickled her bare stomach and said that their first hug was witnessed by this moon a year ago and this moonlight made it extraordinary special. Then he kissed her neck and said that my lips touched you for the first time here. Nivedita had placed her hands on his and had closed her eyes. His whispering was melting her in every way. She was annihilating in his love and he was not leaving a single chance to let her come back to the reality.

He was kissing her passionately and was thighting his grip around her. He was making sure that she was comfortable in every way and Nivedita yearned more and more for him. She turned around and placed her arms around his neck and said that she loved him a lot and she did not deserve all this taking that to account that she couldn't return his love. Viren said that there were no accounts in love and he was only doing this for himself.

Nivedita looked questionably at him and couldn't resist kissing him on his cheeks. Viren pulled her towards him and said that he wanted to see her watering the plants. Then he brushed her hair from her neck and kissed her and said that he wanted to grow old with her. He lifted her chin up and kissed her on the right cheek and said that he wanted her to be happy in order to be happy himself and then kissed her on the left cheek and said that thanks for being the woman in my life. Then he kissed her on her forehead and said that he hoped that she always will be at his side and then he looked towards her lips and said do I have to say anything more and winked at her.

Nivedita shied away and suddenly her pallu was strucked. She looked towards the direction and saw that Viren was holding it. Her heartbeats went fast and she shied. Viren folded it while walking towards her and he reached her. He kissed her back and then her neck and for every kiss he kept saying, I love you Nivedita. Nivedita turned towards him and looked at him and took his face in her hands and said you are the best lover, best friend and best husband and I love you. When I was created God placed your love in my heart, in my soul and I was kept away from love because you was not in my life. When you came into my life, you brought love with you. For me, you are not Viren. For me, you are love in its pure form.

After saying that she closed her eyes and viren touched first her lips with his fingers. It made her shiever and then he kissed first on her lips slightly and then lifted her up and went towards their bed. Viren kept looking at Nivedita, who's eyes were closed but still with closed eyes she was making him intoxicated.
