Day 22, 21:15

You want an autograph? Are you serious..?

A shopping trip gets Shabnam in a swirl...

Wednesday

I've been shopping today, for only a few hours, and it's been mad. Mental. I'm getting a dress because I'm going out tonight. People have been coming up to me like mad. Then they take their camera phones out. I don't know how to handle it. It's wicked. One girl wanted a hug. It's been mad. I can't even describe it.

They want me to sign autographs. Two of them gave me a pen and paper and I was shocked. I was just like, are they serious? They're serious. They've all been talking about the dancing. And they all want me back in. They've been really nice. They've said nice things, they like my liveliness.

Shabnam's Diary - Pt 4

Day 23, 12:47

So many people, not enough time...

It's been almost a week since Shabnam became the first housemate to be evicted, but she's still loving every single minute of the madness.

Thursday

Yesterday I went out to do an appearance and have a good time. I did a celeb nightclub in the West End and people were taking pictures of me and I had free drinks here and there, no complaints about that, but that was mad!

The shopping I did yesterday was just a frenzy. In the street people would say 'Hi Shabnam' and then keep walking, others scream and shout, others want a picture and get their camera phones out, others have a pen and paper and want me to sign something - it was mad!

Now I've just woken up after a heavy night and I'm thinking 'shall I go for a walk, shall I go jogging?' but I am hesitant to do it at the moment...'Should I do it, should I not? Can I handle it on my own?' You know, it's mental.

I'm doing the Friday Night Project today, which is going to be shown tomorrow. That will be wicked, I'm really looking forward to it. I get the rest of my schedule tomorrow, but it depends on who's evicted.

That money last night! Oh God, you know what, I'm glad it was Liam. He is so genuine. In a way I wish it had been Carole...but that was shocking, I am absolutely shocked it was like that.

You might start to see one or two people's true colours now that they think they're just in there to do the show rather than to win anything. And some of them might perform less now and think 'I may as well go, what's the point of being here?' Yeah, I think one of two will change...

Chosen Objects

Which household objects best represent the housemates?

Big Brother ordered housemates to gather on the sofas this lunchtime, before setting them a very personal task - to choose the object in the House which best represents them.

The housemates have 10 minutes to decide which House artefact describes them and their personality most accurately.

They will then have to reconvene on the sofas and hold up their object.

Brian's Lost His Bling

Shocker: Brian loses his bling...

Most ladies might say Brian was a bit of a stud - but he was feeling less than luscious this morning when he found out he'd misplaced his precious diamond earring...

"I've lost my earring," he moaned to Sam and Amanda, stomping through the bathroom and scouring the ground for shiny things.

"Have you lost it?" Amanda asked perceptively.

"Yeah," the 19-year-old lamented, only to be met with a distinctly unconcerned response.

The Gift

Generous Gerry's present dilemma...

It's the twins' birthday next Tuesday - and generous Gerry is upset that he's not going to be able to get the pink ladies a gift or two.

"In this house, we do not take presents to people," the 31-year-old lamented. "In the outside world, I always get little presents for everyone around me, on a weekly basis. I always get something small. And I haven't done that."

"There's no shops," Laura pointed out helpfully.

"We've got no money," Tracey chipped in knowledgeably.

"I know," a miserable Gerry replied.

Amanda Snug with Billi

Day 24, 10:17

Amanda and Billi snuggle up under the duvet...

Yesterday, Amanda "promised, promised" Liam and Nicky that she definitely didn't fancy Billi. But she spent the afternoon straightening the model's hair, and at 10am this morning, she was snuggled up to him in bed looking peaceful and happy.

With her arm draped tenderly around Billi, Amanda happily continued her stay in the Land of Nod. Something you want to tell us, Amanda?

"I swear I don't fancy Billi!" she protested to her accusers yesterday.

Hmm, but as that old saying goes, actions sometimes speak louder than words young lady!

Ziggy and Chanelle had their second heart-to-heart tonight and it didn't end well.

"I'm really homesick and I want to go," Ziggy told Chanelle.

Ziggy then asked Chanelle not to mention it to anyone in the House.

"I've said something to the twins because I was upset and nearly crying," she explained.

"I just don't want to get involved in anything," Ziggy said, covering his mouth with his hands.

"D'you think I do?" Chanelle defended.

Ziggy then took Chanelle to a corner for a more private chat.

"If you understand me at all," he said in a low, calm voice, "then what I'm saying is I feel some people have this opinion that I'm too wealthy anyway and I feel like I don't want to be brought into something and come out an idiot. Do you understand?"

Chanelle nodded.

"That's it," he said, "and I think that's fair enough."

Chanelle didn't respond.

Chanelle Dumped!

Day 23, 21:03

Chiggy split. It's official...

It's official. Ziggy has called things off with Chanelle. He took her into the garden and told her his decision. "Simple as. That is it."

Ziggy had been talking things over with Carole who agreed with his every word. "You sort the men from the boys," she had told him, "because men can make those decisions."

Seconds later a psyched-up Ziggy took Chanelle aside in the garden and told her that he was putting their relationship on ice.

"A lot of people have been talking and saying they think you fancy Billi," he explained. "That's not the real reason why. I just think you need to be freed up and I don't wanna be bringing you down."

Chanelle walked back into the House but Ziggy brought her back into the garden to explain his reasons.

"If there's something there then we'll carry on after, but I'm not gonna get you hurt on this show and I don't wanna be hurt on this show. I don't want people talking about me behind my back," he said.

"It doesn't seem like it," Chanelle retorted. "It seems like it's my back people have been speaking behind."

"I'm not gonna have people talking behind my back. I'm not interested in that," said Ziggy.

"Can I go in now?" Chanelle asked blankly.

"Yeah," Ziggy said as she walked back into the House.

Chanelle asked Sam to help her wash her hands in the toilets. Once inside, she told her friend everything.

"I don't understand why people would say mean things," she said.

Sam couldn't explain it either.

"What I really want to know is who said it, to be honest," Chanelle whispered.

Then Nicky opened the toilet door on them, so they moved into the living room.

"Who?" asked Sam. "Do you know who?"

"What are you doing?" asked Charley walking in on them.

So many housemates to choose from Chanelle...

Chanelle Will Survive

Day 23, 22:28

Did you think she'd crumble? Did you think she'd break down and cry...?

Chanelle rose from the ashes of her relationship with Ziggy like a beautiful phoenix from the flames tonight. While Ziggy spent a lengthy stint in the Diary Room, Chanelle was in the bedroom, dressing up to the max.

"Are you feeling more happier now?" asked Amanda.

"Yes!" beamed Chanelle as she put on her jeans.

The pair then moved into the bathroom to apply their make-up.

"You feeling OK now, yeah?" asked Amanda.

"Yeah," sighed Chanelle.

"Keep thinking 'OK', yeah? Keep feeling 'woo! woo!'."

Chanelle soon lost her 'woo woo' and got glum about Ziggy again.

"I can't understand this," she said.

"We know that the people inside here are just people who are clearly jealous of you and Ziggy and stuff," said Amanda.

"That's a bit pathetic though, don't you think?" asked Chanelle.

"It's pathetic," Amanda agreed, "but some people just goss."

That's "gossip" by the way.

"You're having a fun time though aren't ya?" Amanda said, brightening the mood.

"Exactly!" said Chanelle as she showed her friend the final look.

"Gorgeous," beamed Amanda.

Now to show Ziggy what he's missing...
