so you are in gr 10? yup, we did read Lord of the Flies in gr 10. it was just awesome. a really interesting story which focuses on the nature of different people. like how evil and how good a person can get. how can one cross their limits without knowing it. its about a group of boys stuck on an island and their survival. a great book to read. hats off to the writer, William Goldings.

i don't know how u will like the book but for me it was 9.5 out of 10. 😳 😛

No actually.. I'm not .. I have 2 English classes this semester. 1st is regular english, and my other english subject is called "ESL Mixed." And basically.. we (regular senior students) go into a ESL Class (gr 10/11) mixed..and we help out there. So that's actually a course and we do get a credit so it's like one of my electives. It's basically like the "Leadership" course (have u heard of that?).. So for my ESL mixed class.. we're gonna be reading the book called 'Lord of the Flies" with them. For my own English class.. we're starting off with something called "Writers Craft" .. it's like a story unit. 😊

yeahhhh!! i did heard about the leadership course. some of my friends hv it this semester. helping ESL students?? seems pretty fun. i wanna take this course too.😛 hehe... "Writer's Craft" sounds nice too. u hv got a good selection of courses. 😃 👏 Good luck!!! 😃

i totally forgot to share info about my book..

so here is what i m reading these days...well not actually these days but whenever i get some time....

NAME: SABRIEL

AUTHOR: GRATH NIX

ABOUT THE BOOK: Well...it is a very interesting story of a girl named Sabriel who goes into the Dark world to save her father. This is basically a very fictional and a "fantasy" kinda story. This story is full of dark secrets and stuff. i have finished almost 1/3 of the book (lol. it's too thick) So, Sabriel's father is a necromancer and now Sabriel is taking over his job in his absence but she is just determind to find her father. but people are saying her father might be dead.

I know it will be sounding kinda confusing to u all but its a superbly written detailed book. 😳 so far, upto how much i hv read the book, i would rate it 8.5 out of 10.
