I usually read Cheng Lei drama novels the moment they get announced so that I can enjoy each and every reuter

Right now I am reading The Imperial Consort of a Flourishing Age by Feng Qing. Cheng Lei and Bai Lu shooting is set to start this month 15th. Before 15th, I aim to read at least 200 chapters out of 470~ I am not logging it yet cuz I am MTL editing myself

I was planning to watch HDY's drama straight but I remembered Wang Churan's extravagant red and black outfit in the trailer so I picked it lol

I have that too in my TBR but the no of chapters it has is giving me pain. So I just read the first chapter and I have it on hold.

I'm supposed to read so many others (basically because I'm interested in their dramas but they might not air this year + some haven't even started filming). Hopefully I'll be able to read at least 3 of them this month

Btw Bailu is joining the crew from 28th

Are you asking me to share the e-book? I don't know how to share e-books on IF. I can share it if you tell me how to do that. I downloaded it from a legal website named Planet e-books. You can download the book from that website. Or if you want, I can read the Norton Edition too. But it's a critical edition (Norton Critical Edition). Apart from the text, there are also contemporary accounts of marooned men, eighteenth and nineteenth century opinions, and twentieth century criticism.

The costume dept of HDY is LIT!!!! I loved all their costumes.

I follow WCR's drama novels as well. I've read Are You The One? Another book I'm reading now is what Hidden Shadow is based on Churan's upcoming.

I saw someone translating The Imperial Consort of a Flourishing Age but they're updating around 170~ and only one chap per day. My MTLing speed is better

Oh I just realized they're joining on 28th!!!! Then I'll aim to cover at least 300 chaps!

Hidden shadow is going to release this month (that's just a 🍉 tho). So, why should I bother reading it when I can actually watch the drama anytime soon

I shared the drive link to a folder that has my May's reading for buddy read. You can add to that or just share the link. And if you are okay with the Norton edition, we can read the text and skip the rest. I have that on me.

Xiao Zhan's drama is rumored to drop on 5th. If that's true, Youku will push Hidden Shadow by 2 weeks or further. By then I'll finish it I like to have extra info while watching!! Like knowing who the culprit is I can enjoy their acting

I might sound a little crazy but for Cheng Lei drama novels I prefer to read them perfect

mydramanovel isn't entirely bad. I'm reading Hidden Shadow there only but you know my fangirl heart wouldn't let me read a CL drama novel there

I'm doing this devil work since Shadow Love ka novel
