I was reading 'Agnisakshi' written by Lalitambika and I found myself crying.It is not a book which offers such a response even though I ended up crying and became depressed and disappointed with the life of protagonists. Have you ever faced such an experience? If yes share it and the book. 😊

Hi! Had read agnisakshi a long time back...The story had depressed me too..

The first book dat made me emotional was ' A little princess', which i had read during my school days.. I still remember how i used to cry silently while reading that book in our library...😆

anothr book dat made me emotional, recently, was pradham prathisruthi and suvarnalatha by Asha poorna devi...It gave me the same feels of agnisakshi..

Indian Authors? No offence, but they are not my cup of tea. I don't really like Indian authors much. But sure, I will try the book you've listed. :)

Agnisakshi is a malayalam novel.
