Anyone read Slaughter house five by Kurt Vonnegut?
I just loved that book.
I actually spent days thinking about it and still read love reading it and discussing it's themes, motifs and symbols. It's a wartime novel but I feel it's different from other war novels in way that it doesn't try to over-complicate or intellectualize the situation or come across as boring/preachy.
Just says it like it is.
if you guys havn't read it then you should, it's fun:)
I wasn't a fan of this particular genre but this book is plain awesome:)
PS- I loove Tralfamadorians....(aliens that keep humans in a ZOO and believe in the illusion of free will)
