Comments on IFFA awards here - Page 3

Agree with everything that Mini and others say....did you all notice one thing:

Ranbir Kapoor was sitting with a constipated expression all the time....he wasn't smiling at all😕...ususally he is so cheerful, what happend to him in IIFA?

Even Deepika was not comfy....specially when Abishek got award, the expression on people's face were so annoying...no one was clapping happily😆

Just like Zee Cine is for SRK and his friends,IIFA are for his ambassador...Ev1 takes advantage of his/her position..so why not the Bachchans... 👏

must agree with you here. this thread like all the others is obviously going to turn into bachchan bashing. when in teh zee cinema awards the camera is always on srk no one seems to be complaining. but here since the focus was on teh bachchans then suddenly it becomes a big deal. how hypocritical.

abhishek getting style award-a/v is showing clips from Bluff master which was released when??????

Jaya bachchan's clip of laughing and clapping for govinda's performance was totally misplaced.that was actually for boman irani and ritesh deshmukh's take on Guru.

When every 5-10 seconds the camera was on aish and abhishek,how come not even once when vivek oberoi was on stage.😕

Awards are basically a good time pass where you see so many stars coming together so there is bound tp be some discussion-good and bad.enjoy and chill-no one get offended please.😳

The show was a big fest. The only saving grace were hosts Ritesh Deshmukh and Bowman Irani . Next year the organizers should provide the audience with pillows and blankets. While they are at it, a of valium for the Bachchan Bahu would work wonders as well.

LOVED IT...

I loved:

How IIFA handles the event without giving any favour or importance to any single family. People feel Bachcna family was all over th eplace but if you look closely Kapoor Khandan got away with more air time as well as Govinda's wife.

Loved how they had GREEN CARPET and how they had Akshay be the BRand abbassador for Global Warnming rather than the same old Khan gang.

Loved how they gave the life time achirvement to Art Film Director Shyam Benegal and he was totally indebted for that. Hats off to IIFA.

Loved how magnifician the show was and how involved was everyone.

Loved how it looked like a big wedding party where all the guests were enjoying the dancing and whistle to show their happpiness.

It was good to see other bollywood fraternity - th epeople who make bollywood rather than the same group dancing and making fun of othres....they showed there can be creativity without bashing.

Ritesh-Boman -simple great.

Nothing bad about it...I was laughing the whole time.

ASh- thats only my negative comment. She laughed at he wrong time adn ABhi told her that right from the stage...
She was trying to be what she is not. She is trying too hard to be in Abhi's group of friend. Which is good but then it is goingt ocause conflict.

I even didn't like how she made face and how badly she ansewered to Boman - Jackie Chan. She had her face liek as if she was going to hit the guy.

I saw the embaressment on Abhi's face when he got the award adn that shows that poor guy was surprised himself. But what if his daddy pulled some trings..SO WHAT?..we have seen that soooooooooooo many times but no complains when Khan's are doing it. Soem times this forum has unthinkable loyalty to the Khans which is blinding the ability to reason.

Aishwarya has such fake laughter that she has completely forgotten when to laugh/giggle genuinely and when not.I htought abhishek was not joking when he told her it was not so funny.

looked like a bachchan show in majority-abhishek getting the style award(or whatever it was).for which movie yaar.he needs to improve his appearance drastically.his eyes are always red-god knows why?

Boman Irani and Ritesh deshmukh was good-i thoroughly enjoyed their jokes and performance.

The awards were edited so badly that everytime any one was on stage they showed the same clip of Jaya bachchan,twinkle khanna,Saif,Priyanka.Imean they cannot be cheering for everyone and anyone and have same expression and laughter.

Whenever Viveik Oberoi was on stage performing or giving away an award-normally we would think all cameras would be on aish.maybe it was edited cause senior bachchan is the iFFA ambasssador.Not even once did the camera show aishwarya when vivek was on stage or salman khan's clip from partner was shown.

I completely agree with u.They were showing the same clip again and again.And when kat and vivek performed they dint show bachan family at all.

They only had 5 celebs who's faces they kept on repeating and wen they ran outta celebs they showed Govindas wife clapping. lol Poor editing and Saif didnt even attend the whole show he only came for Bebo's performance.


Funny how they didnt even show a glimpse of The Bachchans when Vivek was performing or even when he received the award. 😉

The only part which I was laughing at was when Abhi told Ash off. 😆 Her laugh was so unnecessary.

tvfan1401ji I don't blame Ranbir for being so disinterested and looking grumpy. Afterall, and no thanks to the media, by the time this show started Deepika Ranbir's simple peck at the airport had graduated to the lead story as the sensational big maha liplock on national TV and Youtube.

I them for not catching the next available flight back to India and being sporting enough to stick around and participating in the DUD OF THE YEAR AWARDS......THE IIFA.
