Ekta Kapoor is notorious for her disdain towards actors who quit Balaji Telefilms to purse a career in films.

And she is especially unforgiving towards those who leave her on a sour note.

However, it now seems she has finally forgotten the sense of betrayal that assailed her when Rajeev Khandelwal, the lead actor of her popular show Kahiin To Hoga, walked out of the show at the peak of its popularity.

Rajeev is now ready to start his filmi career with the release of his debut film Aamir on June 6.

Commenting on why he left TV, Rajeev says, "I had no choice, television had become monotonous."

"But I am sure that Ekta will be proud of me when she sees the film," he adds hopefully.

But Ekta won't be attending Aamir's premiere on June 5.

However, as if to make up for it, she's taken a step further and has promised to pray for Rajeev's success when she visits the Balaji temple at Tirupati on June 6.

Rajeev says excitedly, 'The first week of June is very special for Ekta. It's her birthday on June 7 and Sarkar Raj, releasing along with my Aamir, is being distributed by her.

So Ekta will be making a very special trip to the Balaji temple. I was extremely touched when she said she will pray for my film."

So which film will Rajeev watch first? His own, or the one in which Ekta has a part in the financial stakes? "Sarkar Raj," says Rajeev promptly.

"Not only for Ekta's sake, but because I'm a huge Amitabh Bachchan fan... I'd first see his film and then rush to catch my own," he adds.

yea i knoe..but my question is how and why r they patchin up suddenly? 😕😆..i mean considering their past record, both weren't just too fond of each other.. 😕😕..wonder if i missed any related articles?? always read articles about their fights..so m a bit surprised!! 😕😆😆

i will be praying for the films success coz rajeev is absolutely gorgeous. 😳 😳 he really deserves it...hmm im not sure whether i believe that ekta will be prayin for its sucess.. 😕 😕
