Sanju Baba's 8-pack schedule

Sanjay Dutt is currently working on his promised eight-pack abs. He started working out in the month of March with guidance from Lawrence, his trainer who was specially called for Sanjay from Hollywood. Apparently, Sanjay will be flaunting his eight pack abs in his forthcoming film Blue.

We spoke to Lawrence to give details of Sanjay's work out routine.

Morning:

Sanjay works out for three hours in the morning. He does cardiovascular burning exercises which include riding a stationary bicycle for one hour and kick-boxing for one and a half hour. Kick - boxing apart from burning calories also increases eye and hand co-ordination.

Evening:

It's a two hour work out session for Sanjay in the evening. In this session he does a lot of weightlifting otherwise called strength training.

For the eight- pack abs:

During both the sessions Sanjay works out for about 30-40 minutes focusing especially on his abs. It includes crunches (over 500), leg lifts (125), weighted twists, squeezing and flexing of spine.

Lawrence is also Sanjay's nutritionist and spoke to us regarding his diet.

Breakfast:

Oatmeal, single serving of yogurt, nuts and fruits make up his breakfast. All these are high nutrient absorption whole - foods which get the best out of what Sanjay has during the rest of the day.

Lunch:

It consists of chicken, with vegetables and a small cup of potatoes with oil, vinegar or lemon for dressing.

Dinner:
