Media is crazy about Saif and Kareena ramblings. After Kareena Kapoor flaunting her love marks on back, her is a role reversal of sorts.

Saif Ali Khan sporting a hickie (or lovebite). Technically one gets a hickie when a person gently bites and sucks an area of skin on another person.

This was spotted while Saif was changing clothes for a reality TV show. On the opposite, this could be a ringworm infection.
