Basically, it's all about money... each one with (blood) relation to the original owner (the Nawab) claims to be a heir/heiress (there are many)... so, whatever happens with the estate, I suppose, it is only about the worth when sold so everybody gets a share.

Btw, Saif has nothing to do with the Court order... the plea comes from another branch of the family.
