getting back to topic Guru was one of the underrated movies of the year - Abhishek's performance was great and Ash too was just right - her role didnt need melodrama. Maniratnam is a wonderful director who knows just how much he needs to get out of his actors.

just because i said ash didnt deserve the award doesnt mean i said OSO deserved the movie award...that movie was ridiculous and dragged! JWM was THE MOST DESERVING MOVIE..NOTHING WAS COPIED! except for the music 😆

and i stand by the fact that ASH had nothing to do in the movie...

I disagree with anyone who said that aish dint deserve the award...she did a great job, her role was powerful...:)

She was barely in that movie but hey this is the same award show that gave "Om Shanti Om" best film so it's pretty much lost all it's creditability.

this shows why amir quits awards shows..... theses ppl want to keep everyone happy.. and give awards to evryone expect the Deserving ones...

JWM was a good watch... i'm not a fan of both, but it was a good movie

WTF are acting like some great big injustice has been done? I mean every single indian award show awards people totally not deserving example - SRK in Chak De India (which was like a copy of Mighty Ducks and i don't believe Emilio Estevez got any award for that movie) just because the so called King Khan didn't ham doesn't make the performance great

then Kareena's performance, yeah for a chick flick she did well but it was hardly a challenging role that demanded much histrionics, but desi movie fans love candy floss love stories..

Ranbir Kapoor winning over Neil etc etc

so get the eff over it, this ain't no national awards (that too has had some very WTF winners Example Saif for Hum Tum)..

How can you even say that?😕 An actor puts in a lot of effort in any movie! Just because you don't like Aishwarya doesn't mean that you have to criticise someone's efforts and awards! Besides, her GURU performance was a breakhrough performance. She acted well.

finally one best actress award that wasnt given to kareena.anyways im not a fan of ash but i did like e movie guru! 😊
