Will Smith wants Ash
Hollywood superstar Will Smith seems too desperate to work with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. After having being turned down twice already, the actor is still hoping for a chance to share the screen with Ash.
Previously Smith had approached Rai to act in Hitch but the actress had turned down the offer. After that in November he had pursued her for a lead role in his next film, Seven Pounds but since the filming was to take place at the same time as Karva Chauth, Ash turned down Smith's second offer as well. Speaking on giving Seven Pounds a miss just so that she could be home on her first Karva Chauth after her marriage to Abhishek Bachchan, Ash seemed unaffected.

"You do what you have to do. Feeling torn and thereby unhappy, confused or guilty is not something I want to feel. So you make your choices and go with it. You get some and some you don't," she told the New York Times in an interview.
While Ash may seem nonchalant about turning down a lead role opposite Smith, the American actor is still hoping for an opportunity to work with the ex Ms World in the future.
In an interview to BBC News, the actor said, "I really wanted to work with her in Hitch but she was shooting for Bride and Prejudice at the time and she couldn't do it," he said, "She has this powerful energy where she doesn't have to say anything, do anything, she can just stand there. Anything she's making, I'll be there!"
Smith seems as taken away by Ash's pa-in-law, Amitabh Bachchan. "I was very impressed with his acting and have decided that from today onwards, I will be known as Big W."
