I am sure Aamir disapproves of the way Samara was shown in The Ring movies. Every child is special

even Samara

I think he also disapproved of the exorcism in The Exorcist. Regan wasn't evil, she was just misunderstood. Regan just needed guidance to use her demonic talent on something creative.

😆...reminds me of someone else who is supposed to have treated some kids badly on sets during their debut!

baki ho na ho...every star kid is special!😉

Wasnt Aamir the one who was throwing and catching the infant in the climax of Raja Hindustani!

the point is at the end of day he still did not attend the function and accept those awards.
If he does then we can call him a hypocrite, until then lets reserve the bashing and the negative judgement.

I'm glad to know I wasn't the only one who felt that. 😃

Hey I have been reading these comments silently. However, I think some of the stuff written here is not true and is unfair to A. Khan. The Chembur sections of the film were shot in my sister's housing society and I was visiting her at that time. Khan was professional, kind and incredibly organized. The only concern we had for those kids was that they were parked in a bus for a good portion of the day. I remember the dog scene was shot there. The dogs were well taken care of as well. All the arrangements were great. Khan played badminton with the society kids, gave them photo ops., included them in a Diwali shoot on the terrace so all got a chance to participate. Gave Monginis cakes to all the people of the society...with eggless options for all the Tam Brahm families who do not eat eggs, living there...all in all the guy was superb. His group was organized, did not litter, was extremely considerate to the residents. I took my sister's kid out twice while Aamir was shooting a scene near the stairwell. He patiently halted the whole shoot so I could leave.
All the kids in the society loved him and are so proud that TZP is a hit.
While Aamir was handing out autographs, one of the kids asked him "aren't you bored of this?" and he answered, "actually, I am not!"
Its easy to bitch about folks until you acutally interact with them.

Another funny thing I noticed is during 'Making of TZP' the film with a message to treat children with love and not to push them onto anything. But I saw instructors with jhadi (stick) and Aamir too had one who were "teaching" children to "act". 😛 He also said that Animals and Children are same when it comes to teaching them to act.

And then before TZP's release he has the audacity to accuse SLB of manipulating audience when his whole film was just that.

memento comment is on his blog and he gives reasons for his not liking it...

anyway ...even if he manipualted the audiences with TZP he did a much better job of it than SLB in Black!😉
