Touted as the biggest New Year Eve bash, Seduction 2008 at Mumbai's Sahara Star had Bollywood seductresses Tanushree Dutta and Koena Mitra performing along with singer Mika.
Tanushree adhered to the government rule of no skin show by wearing a skin coloured bodice and danced to her hit numbers like the Aashiq Banaya Aapne title number, Dhol songs etc.
Koena Mitra, the highest paid performer of the show with a fee reported to be around Rs. 50 lakhs, got a good response to her dance numbers from Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena and Apna Sapna Money Money's Dil Mein Baje Guitar.
But the scene stealer proved to be Mika who rocked the stage with his hit numbers – Mauja Hi Mauja, Saawan Mein Lag Gayee Aag, Dil Mein Baje Guitar and the crowd favourite Aye Ganpat Chal Daarula. He had the crowd on its feet and obliged their 'once more' request.
Pakistani stand-up comedian Shakeel entertained the party-revelers with his funny digs.
Koena and Tanushree had given Mika a cold shoulder during the recent press conference for the show, Mika gave his answer back with the maximum audience response he received for night. But the two glam gals continued ignoring him on stage.
Show host, Ex Miss World Yukta Mookhey came down from the stage to personally wish Sahara Chairman, Subrato Roy, Happy New Year.
Tanushree came back yet again and got a better response this time to her Hichki number from Risk.
