Priyanka Chopra will be appearing in a cameo in Deols' home production with Bobby Deol in the lead. It is a kind of repayment of favour by the ex – Miss World.
An industry source informs, "After winning the Miss World Title (2000), Priyanka wanted to join Bollywood and the Deols were the first to sign her under their banner, Vijeyta Films. She was roped in for Deodhar Gandhi to star opposite Sunny Deol. The film unfortunately took 7 long years in the making and in this due course the title of the film also changed from Deodhar Gandhi to Big Brother."

Priyanka meanwhile went on to sign many more films and her first release, interestingly was a Sunny Deol starrer too, The Hero (2003). Big Brother finally released earlier this year and flopped badly. But that didn't deter Priyanka from signing yet another film with the Deol family.
The source adds, "When the Deols approached her recently for a very small but important in their forthcoming production to begin later this year, she immediately gave her nod for the same. Despite not being the lead she consented because of her special affection for the Deol family. She has specially adjusted her dates diary for this project, that includes taking special permission from her on going films' directors to set aside a few days so that she can do the Deols' film."
