and Tina-He-AB is the best actor the best actor I have seen I am not imposing my view on anyone. Kamal comes close eneough but definitely not as good. Nowadays he makes bad films🤢 n Mohanlal too...I dun see many south Indian Movies as its not my native but I have been livin down here for yrs and I have seen a lot of movies. Mohanlal in his older days was as great as AB no doubt abt that. I have seen only one actor in league of AB and well that is my another fav actor Al Pacino.👏 He is as great as AB in my opinion👏

Anyways half of Rajni's hits have been remakes of Big B's older films😆 nyways...whp cares to watch his films..I am happy watching AB'S varietal roles him excelling in each n every one of them be it Black or Sarkar or Eklavya or Nishabd or Cheeni...any film!!!😃

I am a south Indian. So I will say that Kamal Hassan is the master of his art, and waaaaaaaaaay superior than Big B or Rajini. Rajini is the MGR and Kamal Haasan is the Sivaji of our generation. How many actually believe that MGR was the better actor, nobody, but he was more beloved because of his work towards the public and his service. Whereas Sivaji widely known as an ass and a womanizer, much like Kamal Haasan. Nobody can ever embody what Sivaji has achieved, not Big B or Rajini. But as an artist Kamal Haasan has had his moments of greatness so I would say it is Kamal Haasan who is the next great actor. So the true EMPEROR IS SIVAJI.
No offense to Big B fans, he is a good actor, but the reason he is so popular is because of the media and a lot of self promotion. When Sivaji was acting there was never such a huge media presence, not so much commercials, not so much public interest in their lives. So Big B and to some extent Ranjini popularity is over exaggerated not for the work they do but by using the media and self promoting themselves. Sivaji is dead and his work is still recognized, and most of his work was in black and white so you can imagine the impact he has had on cinema even now when people watch his movies and go WOW. When was the last time you watched a Big B or Rajini movie and was speechless. They make commercial cinema, and please the public, so different from the kind of work Sivaji did. How many actors do we know in the span of being a leading hero, played a father, a grandfather, a dual role of a father and a son, a beggar and in the span of him still being young. There is just no comparison.

Ok too long. My point is Rajini and Big B should stop kidding themselves they might be the king and emperior of the public fascination, but not their art.

Anyway , he is considered demi-god not coz of his movies but coz of his service that he has done to the people. He is a marathi by birth btw.

I am not even a fan of his , yet I want to fair and square . yes he did many of AB's hits but I still wouldnt say he is a rubbish acotr, people who have seen him in his black and white movies and his intitial movies before he became a superstar would agree with me that he isnt all abt style.

Mohanlal and Kamal hassan are two excellent actors, Kamal has got the most number of National awards , most filmfare than any actor. If someone says he is not good enough well one cant do anything abt it same goes to Mohanlal , the guy is phenomenal .

but each ones got their fav and one can be completely biased sometimes, so its ok

agree and well said . In acting no one can beat Sivaji and Kamal comes close along with Mohanlal .

But the emperor and king was in terms of who was the bigger star and both were humble enough . U rightly said that MGR and rajini were bigger stars coz of their service to the public but I just disagree that Rajini used the media to promote himself, he has never done it ever.

then..explain why AB didnt get these "awards" for Deewaar(His best performance ever a\fter say Nishabd", For Shakti, Kabhie Kabhie, Silsila, Agneepath, AKs, Sarkar(well ok it was pitted against Black)...Perhaps U havent watched AB's greates of films 😆

If i am not wrong-Kamal has 3 national awards, Mohanlal has Three National awards, Big B has three national awards and Mammotty has three(Bad luck for him that he got two awards for two films in the same yr otherwise it wud have been four)...Shabana azmi has the max no of National awards-5!👏 wowzers here is a woman who is really full of substance

Pacino himself said after watchng agneepath the remake of his own film Scarface that "AB is for real man. I never thought it could be done better. He has done a better job that myself.I have done the role so I should know". Dun tell me u know more abt the art than the greatest star ever in H'wood...Neither do I I know I am baised to AB but haile he has earned it thru his mesmerising performances.

N if I recall right U are the same person who couldnt appreciate a near modern day classic like Eklavya...so what do I say? 😆 anyways AB has now comfortably escaped from the just being a "superstar"...which is why he could love out the character in Nishabd which I can argue-NO OTHER ACTOR could have done-It needed a man who had a larger than life image but at the same time could look like a common joe

The day Amitabh or for that matter any other actor can act out Kamal's character Chappani in 16 vayathinile, that day i shall say that they are the best actor in India.

For those who believe that Kamal is not the best please watch the above mentioned movie along with Anbe sivam and see whether any other actor other than Kamal can play these roles in the movie.

BTW i have watched all of AB'S movies whereas u havent watched all of rajini or kamal's or Mohanlal's movies so obviously ua re biased and ur judgement is not fair .

Al pacino watched agneepath yeah right😆 and oh yes I didnt like Eklavya coz it had an illogiocal storyline . I can clearly point out its illogical scenes and also the double standards used in the end to satisfy the audience . He kills Jimmy shergill but when he finds out his own son was the mastermind for whatever reason, he spares him.

The hero Saif ali khan lands in a helicopter in designer clothes yet their mahal is lit up in candles with no electricity . what rubbish.

the king killed his wife is wrong, why coz he found out that she slept with the guard and she didnt tell him for many years and the son he though his own after so many years is after she sleeps with someone else .

But SAIF killing Boman is justified ..........

there are better movies made and also I didnt say AB was bad in that movie, the movie itself is bad.

atleast u accepted that u are biased, I dont have to say anymore. U havent seen kamal,mohanlal or many other's movies so u cant make a judgement but I have seen all of their movies so I can clearly say that atleast I am not biased.

rajni and AB appreciate eacotther's talent.. that is it.. it's a mutual admiration club... why fight 😳

Call me biased but for me Kamal Hasan is the best actor ever....I've unfortunately nvr had the chance to see Sivaji's movies, but I LOVE Kamal Hasan's work. He's just so versatile. I loved him in Micheal,Madan,Kama,Rajan (where he plays identical quadriplets) Anbe Sivam, Sadma and Nayagan. I cant wait for Dasavataram.

Rajni is a true superstar-----there's soemthing abt Rajni tht a lot of ppl identify with n can still identify with. He's just so modest and simple----ppl love him coz they feel he's one of them. And I dont think Big B has a temple created in his name lik rajni does.

Wht I think makes Big B stand out is tht he's a good combination of actor cum star......but when it comes to acting---Kamal HAsan takes the cake although I do feel he kinda ruined himself with the whole steroids drama and then the break with Vani Ganapathy and Sarita n the affair with Simran......
