Deepika Padukone all set for debut opposite Shah Rukh Khan

The entry of model Deepika Padukone in Bollywood is creating quite a wave in the industry, as she is all set for debut opposite superstar Shah Rukh Khan .
Deepika is being touted as the next big thing in Bollywood, considering she is making her debut as SRK's leading lady in Farah Khan 's Om Shanti Om .
Deepika was at the Infinity mall in Mumbai on Saturday where she was announced the brand ambassador for a cosmetic brand.
"I cannot talk much about the film right now but it was a wonderful experience working with Shah Rukh and Farah. I have learnt a lot from both of them. Shah Rukh is a great human being," Deepika said at the event.
'Om Shanti Om' is turning out to be a huge project. The film will have cameos by many Bollywood celebrities, among whom will be Rishi Kapoor and Subhash Ghai .
The film also has cameos by Amitabh Bachchan , Abhishek Bachchan , Hrithik Roshan , Rani Mukherjee and Preity Zinta . They will play themselves.
The movie also has a special song in which SRK dances with Sanjay Dutt , Salman Khan and Saif Ali Khan .
'Om Shanti Om' will release in the second half of 2007.
So as Deepika gets ready to leap into the big league, let's wait and see if her film is worth the hype it is generating.
