I don’t know about the family drama over money and property much but I had doubt his death wasn’t natural. Something is fishy but I am glad Karishma and her kids are out of this mess.

Samaira and Kiaan are Sanjay’s biological children. They are definitely entitled to a share of their father’s property or money as per succession laws.

Priya’s child with her ex.. Vikram C is not entitled to anything as she isn’t Sanjay’s biological child but is an adopted child.

I think.. everything will be divided into 4 parts.. for Sanjay’s mother, Priya and her son, Samaira and Kiaan..

the adopted daughter (if she's legally adopted) will b entitled to get a share...just yesterday it was in the news that she changed her surname to Kapur, lawyer must have advised them to do so..so much drama...

This makes them look so shady. It's not even 2 months n drama over property has started. This could have been handled with grace. Sanjay's mom claims to have her access revoked to accounts n suspicion on his death , its very weird.What abt Sanjay's siblings , legally do they get to inherit their father's business as well?

They should think about the employees and clients of such a big company before doing all this n public.

He should have written a proper will so that there's no confusion.

might not have thought of making a Will...too young to even think of death..

Has he legally written off his biological daughter from his will?
