What BS! Who doesn't know SRK? He is a global superstar..it seems deliberate and it reflects very poorly on the interviewer..do your homework!! Shah needs no introduction despite that he was humble enough to introduce himself..i believe this is a deliberate attempt by some to mock global superstars..recently Jlo was subjected to something similar..let me tell you guys..if you don't know who tom cruise, angelina joile, Jlo or SRK is..then the joke is on you..change your profession or update your knowledge..

I totally agree with this man, Interviewer is a hardcore Salman fan & he deliberately did that act to embarass Khan Saab.

But it is a fact that non-Indians who do know about/are interested in Bollywood, often know SRK or Ash. But that must be a small %. Not everyone is interested in Bollywood. Nowadays even Indians are not interested in Bollywood

Many Hollywood stars are even introducing themselves at the met gala, its seriously no big deal. And they ask them to introduce themselves so the audience who is watching gets to know them, people are watching from all over the world and yes there are people who don't know who the stars attending are, there are people who don't know who srk is, there are people who don't know who beyonce is.
