I don't know if it really has to do with another actor's PR. To me, stating that is in the same vein as the corporate booking allegations... and in fan-'battles', mostly it's also only that (allegations). Also, the disliking of an actor/actress makes members often go 'overboard' in their demeaning/bashing/accusing.
