C-section is on different part of body .

Seriously my doubt was on doctors who exaggerated the situation not on the actor or his family .

C section is a major surgery where 7 layers of tissues are removed.

His doctor made a statement that they got him to walk after his surgery and was able to walk well. It is standard even when operating on one's thoracic spinal cord. They operated on him to remove the knife, stitched him and repaired leaking spinal fluid (which can be done by spinal tap) and doesn't take alot of time to heal unless there's complications.

I don’t know what you know, but a c section is considered a major abdominal surgery. Women are just beasts who don’t make a big deal out of it. And if you read the news a little carefully, you would have realized Saif did NOT need spinal surgery, no fusion or discectomy.

He had a spinal fluid leak, and they repaired the dura. They missed his spinal cord but still significant injury.

Celebrating his safe return, why wouldnt they? I'm sure they're trying to keep the morale as positive and high as possible instead of keep mood depressed, especially if the poor kids are going back to the same house. Instead of a morbid mood, let's try to cheer everyone up. And they have massively beefed up their security, so they should be feeling fine.

Btw, new reports state the intruder mentioned that he security guard was asleep, making it very easy for him to scale the building and slip inside. This will now obviously change.

I wish saifeena really milked this for publicity, truly. Like Saif show up looking haggard, expose the dressings visibly instead of a collared shirt to hide the bandage on the neck, clutch his side a bit, limp, have Kareena standing there holding him up to walk home like a wounded soldier. Now wouldnt THAT be something for viewers consumption? But alas, no press release, no posing, just walked straight inside without any drama. Kya yaar Saifu. No fun.

The doctors clearly told that he had walked in the icu itself and is taking regular diet.

So he can walk now also after discharge.

They didn't hide anything but used lot of adjectives praising themselves and the patient.

Definitely the incident and the entire surgical procedure till removal of the foreign object would have been so stressful. They do lot of scans before the surgery to exactly know what happened.
