Everyone has got on this new bandwagon of "actors are being too demanding". But who is responsible for that? Producers were their enablers and now that they have created a monster, they dont know what to do.

They should come together as an industry and refuse to bow down to such requests. Just announce that producers will henceforth not pay for entourage costs beyond a certain number of essential staff (makeup etc). Itni phat-ti kyu hai ye bolne me? There needs to be unity among producers, m sure not even the biggies are happy with these costs.
