Where has anyone objected to rk getting praised? People can praise him as much as they want, but why bring ranveer into it? Why not compare him to people who are worthy such as kartik or even srk? Why this constant old tune of comparing him to ranveer when there is no comparison as rk is so ahead?

Taran could have critiquied Ranveer's film choices, spoken about his lack of box office pull in mass markets etc. Ranveer's fashion game and loud persona is unflattering and cringe but that has been there even when his films were successful. These people did not call it out then.

exactly, those things were not the reason for his low phase, it was his films not doing well which caused it, as ranveer had been doing all of those quirky over the top things even when his films were doing so well. It's just that the failure of his films caused the hatred and reaction to his offscreen antics to be worse. People are more unbothered when an actors films are doing well, and when they are not doing well then people want to kick a person even more when they are down.

That's the reason why he has changed so much, i guess he's realised that the most important thing is his films, and he just needs to focus on that. And i'm glad he's changed, all of those offscreen antics were just not needed and shifted the focus from his acting, now ranveer seems more focused than ever and I can't wait to see his performance in his next film.

Is there something Taran knows that we don't know?

I know right, these people are making it so obvious, the PR articles are so obvious, it's the same thing again and again every month, and it won't stop, I am fully expecting more negative articles to come out and yet again Mr Kapoors name will be mentioned and elevated in it

Another reason is Bhansali. He helped Ranveer a lot to get him to the number 1 position. His films are a huge spectacle. Gully Boy wasn't even a clean hit, Gunday and Kill Dill flopped, Lootera despite being a really good film couldn't even get a semi hit status. Bhansali leaving Ranveer, Farhan shelving Don 3, Mukesh Khanna shelving Shaktimaan, Shankar shelving his pan India film also caused him a huge loss. As if all this wasn't enough, his coke habit got the best of him and his unprofessional behavior and disgusting entourage added fuel to the fire. South Indians are very professional people. They don't tolerate such BS. Also, they are very united so I don't think anyone there will work with Ranveer again because of his reputation. Govinda was also a famous star once whose movies were guaranteed hits but his unprofessional behavior made him jobless. Same thing is going on with Ranveer.

This also reminded me of how Deepika said on KWK that she is the number 1 actress. Well, her career hasn't been the same since. If doing back to back flower pot roles with pathetic dialogue delivery and cringey expressions is being number 1 then congratulations to her and her fans. Both husband and wife ruined their image with that KWK episode and their reputation still hasn't recovered since then. Alia is also slowly going down the same road as her corporate booking shennanigans were exposed during Jigra along with the fact that she keeps on going after other actresses' roles. It's time for her to lay low and stop playing dirty or else she will pay the same price as Deepveer. Ranbir is smart. Does his work and goes into hiding. But his wife's interviews are enough to ruin his image.

As for deepika , during an interview she was asked if anyone could have done padmavat role better than her, the way she said no one … wait a min sure sure no one could have paddled that naiya/ canoe with that slow motion expression than you my dear . Arrogant ! Ghamandi

And let’s not worry about aloo too much . By 30 she has almost done everything . If she doesn’t get offers she will simply go full time in production / Netflix and prime , oh and have another baby and focus on opening more children wear stores

Taran doesn't seem to be gaining anything by revealing this. He seems to appear truthful.

People are calling Ranveer a cocky person, over that legit & the REAL cockiest one Ranbir....😱😳
