I don’t think Sid was intentionally being rude and ignoring this guy. I think there may have been a security issue. Him and Kiara arrived together obviously, but he came out first, got out and got in the car. Then Kiara came out with her bodyguard and got in the car.

And for what it’s worth, that guy is not a fan. He’s an artist who draws sketches of famous people and somehow tracks them and takes selfies with them and posts it. It’s a self promoting marketing strategy which is fine. Good for him. But this is not a case of a poor fan wanted to meet their idol. Check his instagram profile.
