During her peak, Katrina had very few flops…. So not sure what you mean by “ran with it”. At one point she had an almost 10 successful films in a row.

Who are you comparing his hit ratio with?

Vicky is surviving only on his talent(he has a very warm and sweet off screen persona too).It is becoz of the immense hard work which he puts in his work that people don’t really go after him even when his movies tank.His next release is Chaava..looks like he’s again done a terrific job in the movie.Unfortunately his BO is below par.

On the other hand Katrina has massive BO pull but wasn’t as talented when it comes to acting chops.Her craze during her peak cannot be doubted.

If Sanju, Stree2 can be celebrated, so can URI..a film made with 20cr budget and LT of 250crs.

BO numbers mean nothing. It is the potential. It will be Ranveer VS Vicky in the future. Physically,they are at their best. They are talented versatile,hardworking more importantly,Industry loves them.

If RKR can be celebrated, for a career that only has 2 hits. I think Vicky is better positioned.

Vicky has Uri, Raazi, Sanju , Sam Bahadur and ZHZB as his clean hits.

Also his movie Bad Newz earned almost 70crore lifetime - which is not bad considering many actors in his generation are doing 20-30 crore in lifetime collections.

Kjo picked Vicky and Ranveer as his leads for his Ambitious Takht. That says it all.

Vicky is doing films after films,he is earning and honing his talent. Do all the films you can,now..before hitting big time..when every choice is a big risk.

He is extremely intelligent,sorted.. ask Katty fans,he has them eating out of his hands,and they hang on to every word,he says. Her huge fandom is his fan (consumer) base. Ranveer is not so lucky on SM atleast.. as there are still some weird rkdp fans..not as many as the noise they make online though.
