Her post indicated that. The pink and blue marks were equal in her pregnancy announcement post. Or maybe I am overthinking? Also I feel she is gonna have a boy if only one baby, if two it will be girl/boy as indicated in her post.

Don’t know. But putting both girl and boy doesn’t necessarily mean twins. In India its illegal to know the gender of the baby and even if they knw they can’t or will not reveal it. May be that is why they put both girl and boy.

I don't think that is what the post meant but it will be cute if she has twins
