I don’t think it’s investor thing anymore. He needs to change his path and do his own kind of movies like he did in the past. Since he joined Karan johar camp he lost his personality and more look like a puppet. When he appeared in kwk with Alia all he did was listen to Alia wedding and do mimicry of other actors. He is much bigger than that.

I hope now he understand what was happening. He really need to focus on scripts, roles, and networking in India and international level. He is one of finest actors.

This must be making ranveer realise who are his real friends in the industry and who aren't, the industry has become very much about sucking up to success and dropping anyone at anytime, its become very brutal, which is big problem as creativity and originality is really dying in the industry, talent is not being given a chance, instead its all about box office, whether the movie is good or bad, no one cares anymore, all that matters is that it made 100's crores at the box office.

Right now the only interesting thing Ranveer has is a possible Simbaa 2 movie. The rest of his movies sound awful.

He needs to do movies like Gully Boy, BBB, etc....he has it in him, just needs to channelize it the right way.

rrkpk is a success, no matter how much people try to say it didn't do well, it is a successful film, and not only that, it was one of the most loved and talked about films of last year

why do they sound awful? shaktimaan is one of the original indian superheros, probably the most well known indian superhero, with great vfx and a story it can do very well. Don 3 is being made by farhan, he is a very capable director and the film is part of a very successful franchise.

And he most likely will announce another film.

Because studios like to make money, not lose money. If you have 200 Cr sitting around, you can bankroll Baiju...I'm sure SLB will be ecstatic.

Shaktimaan could be made. Just not at the scale they originally wanted to. Basil Joseph is a Wiz Kid, even better than Atlee. The two best young directors in the country. He made his last super-hero movie, the brilliant Minnal Murali on a shoe string budget. He could certainly make Shaktimaan on a smaller budget. Ranveer will be very lucky to work with him.

While I am a huge RS fan, I must admit that none of his recent movies excited me. RARKPK must be a good entertainer but I am yet to watch it for some reason ( maybe I am not exactly hot on his pairing with Alia)

He needs to pick better projects. I am already so excited for Don 3 and keeping everything crossed kisi ki nazar na lagey iss project ko 🧿

Varun is a good actor. His movie with Jhanvi (m blanking out) mein he was good. Arjun was good in Kuttey but that's because he didn't have to emote, he was stoic. Isko role milna is so frustrating, especially in Singham movies jismein predecessor were such animated characters (and Arjun can't pull of that off, Mubarakan was a proof) though if they write him as a stoic person, then maybe, but Rohit Shetty ko acting nahi karwaani, gaadiyan udaani hai, so I doubt AK se yeh acting karwyega.

Varun should do a webshow or something, people look down on webshows, but I feel webshows are more challenging if the role is good and you get to explore more of your art. And he should stop acting for his dad. David Dhawan is stuck in 90s and it shows🤦‍♀️
