That's not how legal proceedings are held. Salman is a defendant in both his cases. He was acquitted by Bombay High Court with a clean chit. In the black buck case, he'd most likely be an appellant. So, legally, he's neither a criminal, nor a convict yet.

Now, if you have a exclusive evidence, then you can easily file a case against him, so you should rather look for legal means than sprouting nonsense on social media. Also, when talking about legalities, do realize that social media posts are liable to defamation law, so if Salman's team so wished, they could drag you to court. That applies to all forms of libel.

I'd request you to update your knowledge of the matter. Salman was convicted in black bug poaching case and was sentenced.

Legally, he is a convicted criminal who is fighting against the conviction in the higher court

There are many people who work with Salman Khan, I don't think I am going to judge anyone for being his fans or friends.

As the official proceedings are on going, only the judiciary has the right to decide what should be the course of action. As of now, he is a convicted criminal

The discourse is around his charitable organisation which was used in his court proceedings to decrease jail term, a normal practice but the mass image cleaning with it, wasn't a normal practice

As the professor has explained in her paper.
