I think a lot of people are ignorant and don’t know about all these things. Esp in the 90s with no internet and scammers opening visa shops in small towns.

Watched it, liked it.

Social message was all over the place.
Sub par product by Hirani standard.
Vicky - best acting.

Tapsee - was good too. Did full justice to Manu, a Punjabi girl character. Had a nice chemistry with SRK.

Srk was good in parts. At places vfx on his face was jarring. His voice moderation was super annoying in some of the dialogues.
Overall - a fun one time watch. Entertaining!

Hardy and Manu - didn’t get married and didn’t know about each other’s single status is - a big blunder.
She sent money to her parents. Obviously she talked to them. Hardy lived in Laltu. He got her name plate on her house and Big Ben on her terrace.
Sukhi’s visa got denied - news traveled from Laltu to London in 2 days but Hardy being single and installing Big Ben on Manu’s house news didn’t travel to London for 25 years? Hard to believe.

Doesn’t make sense they didn’t know about both of them being single. Plus she dies when he proposes. Aah.. brutal. Last few minutes were quite disconnected from otherwise good story flow.
