The difference is that Salman has committed deeds like running over a man, emotional and physical abuse, and hunting an extinct animal. Those acts might still not justify death threats, but they are more understandable to cause upset than Deepika's actions which are literally just wearing a swimsuit or showing her midriff.
All those people you mentioned have stable nets of security because they come from powerful families and/or are married into them. Deepika is an outsider to BW and while she had a well-off family, she's not as powerfully connected except for being self-made and the friends she has. She and Ranveer have no film families to rely on as a safety net.

That is because they were being accused of murder so their existence was at odds with SSR's death. Very different context. Not saying it's right but not nearly what Deepika has gone through from not one crisis, but multiple crises that arise everytime she has a new film out.
