KWK's New Writer + the End of KWK?

KWK has allegedly hired a younger queer writer because they were out of touch the last season.

I think this is why (despite the Sara and Ananya episode being "boring") there were no mishaps like Sara and Janhvi or Ananya and Vijay last season. We will see how Kareena and Alia have done.

However this is also why Deepika - Ranveer's episode got so much flack because the ideals of the young writer and the KWK group are not the moral values of everyone else. Personally I didn't see anything wrong with what Deepika and Ranveer said because it's an equal "open" partnership - it's not a Ranbir - Alia fawning situation. Nevertheless, it's pretty clear that there's a clear disconnect between the young/old.

KJO did not want to do this season. He was very unhappy about the last season and he's doing this one for the hotstar contract. Since this season is going down so badly, I wonder if it'll be the last for a while? KJO is not on great health terms, and he is inviting veteran actresses to the show (like Neetu and Zeenat) just like the first shows used to be.

This also may be why Orry is gaining so much fame. Trust me, he knew the reddit stuff would blow up and dgaf - but this gives him the ability to possibly push something like a new show (so KWK for younger kids).

It has only been 3 episodes, lol, and the first and the third ones were quite entertaining. The middle one, not so much but yeah.

I didn't know a chat show could have a writer ? Its not like Karan and his guests and playing characters their just behaving like themselves.

No one would be funny without a writer, the jokes need to be written before for them.

Yes that joke was prewritten. Salman did go offscript at times though, and you can see the worry in Karan's eyes.

When the guests on Kapil's show participate so much and keep saying stuff, funny or not, you know it's scripted. Unscripted ones look different... there are more interruptions... unfinished sentences/stories.

Also Karan seems to be adding more about his own life in every episode which is making him look more human
