BOI should name itself BO-HilF = Box Office Hindi-language Films

BOI tracks its own data. The other two sites use Producers data. Sacnilk also tracks but in the end goes with the producers data.

I can be a producer. Earn 2 cr- Claim 10 cr. BOI will have it at 2 Cr while the other two will have it at 10. Usually the difference in earnings should be in a 1-2% range. Any higher and it raises eye-brows.

Until another site has the tracking reach of BOI & sticks to its own guns without changing their data to match the producers....they are the only reliable option whether fans like it or not.

Pathaan - better music I agree, but Jawaan had better action sequences..Pathaan was simply unbelievable at so many points..specially the ice skating

Haila, how do you know that they use producers' data and how is tracking the own data more reliable for the fans? If you get the whiff that someone responsible for the tracking is biased towards certain actors or production houses or even - probably - corruptibe, then there can be no trust.

To be honest, I'm not really a believer of numbers as I can't controll/verify these numbers...it's more or less a trend that I see (like e.g. that Gadar 2 had been steadier in the footfalls/income over the first time with less percent-differences).

Jawan has pathetic action, Pathaan had much better one. Pathaan had much better Villain, John A. Khan Saab's Intro was as per his style, and Jawan had such a jhand opening, that jail song zinda banda came and we went outside the theatre ke ye kya bana diya.

They invented that just for Pathaan so that they don’t have to compare it to the mega blockbusters KGF and Baahubali. Sachiink(?) also takes only the Hindi collections of KGF and Baahubali but considers all the versions of Pathaan when they say it collected 545 or whatever. The thing is each of them seem to have their own algorithm. It should be enough for us to know that the movies did well regardless.
