Rocky Rani opened in approx range of Satya prem and tjmm, that surprised me bcz apparently alia is biggest superstar

That there are people who enjoyed rocky rani

Rocky Rani was never going to open above 15 Cr so 11 Cr opening was low but not shocking. I was expecting Gadar to open between 25-30 Cr, hence 40 Cr opening is a big surprise for me.

Definitely Gadar 2. Rocky & Rani was expected, from songs to trailer nothing had worked.

The romantic genre has been in a bit of a slump. The promos of RARKPK were lackluster. The soundtrack was a dud to with Tum Kya Mile having tepid chemistry. Plus both Ranveer and KJO are polarizing figures. So not surprising that it opened poorly.

But Gadar 2 promos were just too loud and felt so dated compared to the slick action we are getting these days. So its success shocked me.
