It looks like a C-grade film so I wouldn't be surprised if it does crash out before even the weekend ends. But at the same time, nostalgia is a very strong drug
I wouldn’t call it a C grade movie simply because it’s a sequel to Gadar 🤷🏽♀️😆. But personally I did find the trailer cringe. However what is cringe for one person is an awesome entertainer for another. It’s definitely a mass audience film. So if it clicks with them then it will become a big hit and even a blockbuster.

I think it might be the other way around. The son is in a supporting role and Sonny as the lead and savior.

Apparently the son falls in love with a Pakistani girl and goes to Pakistan to see her/marry her, gets arrested and jailed. Tara Singh returns to Pakistan after so many years to rescue his son.
What a story 😆
It's going to be a blockbuster.
OMG 2 is not gonna have n impact on this movie.
Gadar also clashed with Lagaan and all the trade analysts n the industry underrated it. There were reviews calling it crap. But it created history and how!
300 zaida ha us ke lye movie achi hone chaiyeh bhut
250cr is not out of reach tho

Propaganda for what and who?😆Gadar 1 played on the exact same sentiments and that was released well over 2 decades ago with almost exact same themes. So what “these days”? 🤔
Actually, Gadar 1 was a lovely romance as well. Soft, quiet, and emotional.
Gadar 2 doesn't seem anything similar. IMO, if it succeeds, it will be because it's a propaganda movie.

yes Gadar 1 had no insulting dialogs thrown at the Pakistanis. Tara Singh even goes as far as saying Pakistan Zindabad. It was a fair representation of the partition scene. Here that katora wala dialog does come across as a little too much. Totally unnecessary!
this guy is constantly saying utkarsh is the main lead 😆Originally posted by: IAmLuvBolly

here villian look clown😆
It’s impossible to fill Ashraf Ali’s shoes. Amrish Puri ji made him immortal.🙌
this new guy is pure caricature.😅
I was wondering why this great actress doesn't have any work after the superhit success of Gadar 2. She has faded away again. I am so confused....
