Whatever the actual connection between all the persons is, has no importance for the movie's outcome as it is the director who is responsible (like in Brahmastra, too). He obviously had no problems with what Manoj served him.

I really question this concentration on Manoj... Not Manoj should be in the line of fire, but Om Raut. I wonder (like other members) why he isn't...or is he? Raut also was involved in the story writing...

Naah.... He just seems like a two faced opportunist. When he needed work he acted secular. When he wanted favours from the government he became santani. He will keep changing his faces as per his needs and situations.

frankly I have more problems with the Hindu left, who think they are epitome of peace and are on a moral high ground against those who believe in protecting the rights and existence of Hindus. I refuse to call them intellectuals or liberals either actually..if that means constant attacks on any Hindu practice, tradition, custom etc and people like Dhruv Rathee etc, who just behave like they know everything and others are all duffers.

but I have seen Manoj Muntashir videos where he has vocally defended our epics..and tried to break the myth that it is a mythology and not history etc..

IMO Adipurush failed because they thought they were giving it a modern day interpretation..ie the modern running dialogues -they thought it would generate seetis and taaliyaan..par pad gayi gaaliyan, crew cut hairstyle to Raavan etc..probably there was a reference to making Raavan look like an Islamized version too.....they went too far with this..which made it a big joke honestly.
