Whatever she is saying has truth this time. They have immense power and influence and it’s mind boggling how they misuse it to destroy the reputations, manipulate the narratives and there by ruining the careers of anyone who they see as a threat to their supremacy.That said, she should come up with proofs if she really cares about truth otherwise she is the same as the ones she is attacking.

Because it's time consuming, costs money and is mentally exhausting.

Javed Ahktar sued and it's almost 3 years later and still in court. He said he let it go for years because he didn't want to bother with court or make it a bigger deal. Then for him it became unavoidable when she wouldn't stop but rather escalated - and too may people believed her so that it was affecting his reputation and mental well being. I guess it has to reach a level where it becomes worth it to sue.
