It would not have been the first time she would miss school for a day or two to attend an event with her mom. Aishwarya didn't attend because she didn't want to. Most probably reason is Salman Khan's presence.

actually, our mothers did leave us behind, it was to make us independent
Not mine. Nor any mothers that I knew of. Not at 11. Not overnight for sure.

At least my mom left me with my father/grandparents when she had to make short trips of her own. It didn't leave me traumatized or anything. It prepared me to learn to live without my mother (which helped me a great deal in college). Also, a mother is just a facet of a woman. She can have her own life too.
It's crazy how we have accepted fathers being away for months even (Abhishek was shooting for Dhoom 3 for three months in the US when Aaradhya was just 2-3 months old). But a mother leaving her almost 12 year old daughter for a couple of days is so difficult to digest? Strange.
Did I say anything about the fathers?
It was noteworthy you had nothing to say about Abhishek.
It’s not like she going to perform or something in which it matters.
I highly doubt that. 🙄 She went to the ambani event and attended many other events where he was present. Kuch phiOriginally posted by: oyebollywood

it’s just how parents choose to raise us, nothing wrong in doing it in their own way. The world will have issues with each and everything you do, so you do you and let the world go to hellOriginally posted by: 1t1svat1t1s
