Will try. Thanks guys for understanding and the comforting words.🤗
My own parents never took this issue seriously or the trauma I went through. When I told my husband about it the first time, he installed cameras in the room without telling me so he could keep a check on his laotop while he's at work. He then told me a few days later when I experienced it again that he saw on the camera and I was peacefully sleeping.😳 But I swear I was awake! But it was reassuring to know that there was nothing out of the ordinary happening in the room.😆
I used to witness weird stuff during these phases of paralysis, once I could hear like someone was typing away on my keyboard. (My computer was on the right side of my room, and my head was turned to the left side, so I could only hear but could not turn to see).
Another time I felt like someone was sitting on the sofa and watching TV. (The TV room used to be adjoined to my bedroom and the door in the middle was left open). There was no one at home.
A few times I felt like someone was sitting next to me watching me sleep. I could actually feel the bed move like someone sat on it.
Oh damn! That is super scary feeling someone's presence all the fcuking time 🫣 I would have spooked out ..if I were you! You are a strong girl, hinna..and I literally mean it. 🤗 Hope prayers will help you out. And I really appreciate your husband's lovely gesture of putting cameras just to make sure you are all fine.
