Ive noticed that there is usually a trigger for sleep paralysis. For me it happen it used to happen in one particular room. I avoid that room now. Atleast for sleeping.
After your marriage you are probably under a lot of stress right? Too many things to do. Too many people to handle. And it such a sudden change.
Mine was also associated with one room as well, it stopped when we shifted places until now.😭
I never experience sleep paralysis but I heard is horrible same with people attacked by the shadow people. God free me from live those experiences 😕 I usually clean my room with Palo Santo (Holly wood) vinegar and salt in case it helps you...palo santo is very good.
