This was expected. Samji is terrible director. Whatever this movie earns due to Salman's Bo pull. Tiger 3 will be big hit.

Top Opening Days Post Pandemic - Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan Sixth

Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan had the 6th highest opening post pandemic released on the last day of Ramazan which is not that bad as collections are pretty close to Ram Setu which came on a national holiday. Yes compared to Salman Khan starrers pre pandemic there is no match but the comparison has to come with films released in the last year or so and not films release in better times. When a 250 crore or 300 crore budget film is there then comparisons will make more sense as the product will match the star status.

Pathaan, Brahmastra and Sooryavanshi lead the pack with far higher numbers than the rest but these three films were event films while Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan cant be put in that category. The three films show how the bigger looking films are getting the bigger numbers. The two event films to miss out have been Laal Singh Chaddha and 83 as both dull looking films and limited reach.

The benchmark has become 10 crore nett for regular content as even 15 crore nett remains an elusive number. There are 14 films post pandemic with 10 crore nett plus numbers and that is a sorry return over 18 months with many big films released. The bigger dampener is that it is also harder for a film to work without an opening day now yet opening day numbers are worse than before the pandemic. The top fifteen openers post pandemic for original Hindi films are as follows.

2. Brahmastra - 30,37,00,000

3. Sooryavanshi - 26,11,00,000 (National Holiday)

4. Drishyam 2 - 14,92,00,000

5. Ram Setu - 14,71,00,000 (National Holiday)

6. Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan- 13.75-14 crore

7. Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar - 13,78,00,000 (Holiday)

8. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 - 13,41,00,000

9. Bachchhan Pandey - 12,18,00,000 (Holiday)

10. 83 - 11,96,00,000

11. Laal Singh Chaddha - 11,58,00,000

12. Samraat Prithviraj - 10,58,00,000

13. Vikram Vedha - 10,29,00,000

14. Bholaa - 10,09,00,000 apprx (part holiday)

Again and I said this several months back we’re he smart he release TIGER 3 1st as his comeback post pandemic as we know the production values etc are good. The trade the audience are excited to see this movie and the he was working on this movie through the pandemic but in case it wasn’t ready by eid he could have skipped Eid and gave it to someone else and released this movie when it was ready. Though I think Tiger 3 could have been out on EID.

I under stand Katrina got married but still there was enough time to release it on EID. Now Salman really as to be sure and Aditya and others be sure TIGER 3 is executed well.

Do you trust me? If yes believe me Every Single person did a fab job except Salman & jisne dialogues likhe hai.

Being a Salman fan, I expect a simple & honest performance from him, he is literally fking sleepwalking in film, with attitude jaise ehsaan kara ho humpe ke film kar li. Not even 1% he has done in film dil se, aievein dhakkey se hi kara kaam.

This doesn't reflect how much we admire bhai as fan, but he can't take us this much granted ke pehle Race 3, Radhe, bc vo antim, aur ab ye raddi film.
