Kapoor men are quite misogynistic. I was watching an interview with older Kapoor siblings where sisters of Randhir, Rishi were present and I could see how Randhir was trying to interject or give her 'look' for speaking too much.

Rishi had also often given the look to Neetu if he thought she spoke too much at some reality show.

Treating wife or sister or daughter like that is routine for them. I think Shashi and Shammi were only ones who respected wives. Shashi especially loved Jennifer a lot and totally became a recluse and gave up on own life and acting career after her death. He let himself go. Never seen many rich and famous men value wife so much or become so sad and withdrawn after her death considering how most stars move from one wife to another every 15 years and despite kids.

Alia sure looks at Ranbir like she is in awe of him and does too much PDA for him. She seems fascinated by him.

Alia was very much pregnant during wedding, which is why it was rushed and mostly a private ceremony instead of public fanfare or destination wedding like Virushka.

In wedding pics, she can be seen holding her stomach or keeping hands near stomach or covering stomach with arms, hands or dupatta and reason for it became apparent later. Probably to avoid letting anyone notice or suspect a possible baby bump.

I would not call her a gold digger though. She is from a big film family who are damn rich and well connected themselves. And a superstar on her own. So why call her that?

She was surely smart enough to ensure that wild horse was finally reined in and had no escape.

I have no issues with women getting pregnant before marriage or out of wedlock. Entirely their choice. Good for them and whatever they can manage.

Nope not calling get a gold digger but that’s like how gold diggers trap the man when they know they have doubts on the future of the relationship. Anyhoo, I agree it’s less likely to be an accidental pregnancy.

Ofcourse Alia is happy to be with Ranbir and something tells me she is a princess in her mind settled with a prince and that’s what all the fascination is about.

Otherwise she is not even the type RK usually dated. DP, Kat, Sonam, Nargis and Mahira to name a few. They are graceful, feminine & gorgeous and Alia is a bit quirky, cutesy with a hint of tomboyishness.

Also, the fact that they look very weird together is another reason why their whole relationship appears off putting to me. They just don’t gel.

Also, RK was nearing 40, so Alia was the best choice as she’s young, successful, besotted with him and gelled well with his family..

I think Deepika was not far behind in getting close to Kapoors and being madly in love with RK.

She met Rishi at NY during his treatment too.

Many girls did try to get close to Neetu, Rishi and Riddhima to convince them they were DIL material.

It is a different matter that Kapoors did not seem to like anyone as much as they zeroed in on Alia.

Her being younger and childlike helps. Otherwise she is not the only one to gel well with Kapoor family.

Alia is Mahesh Bhatt's daughter, and Mahesh Bhatt himself is born out of wedlock. Alia was pregnant at the time of the wedding and probably refused to drop the baby, leaving little choice for the Kapoors.

The Bhatt family is not very traditional, and I won't be surprised if Alia was ready to have the baby out of wedlock. She doesn't need RK financially anyways and has a very supportive family.

It was probably Neetu Kapoor who thought this was the best time for her 40-year-old manchild to settle down.

RK & Aloo are happily married, and they have a beautiful daughter now ... 😃

They also seems to be doing quite well with most of their movie choices.

We could say 2 out of 3 were Hits for ... post-pandemic era 👍🏼

Brahmastra & TJMM were 'Hits' but Shamshera was a disaster.
