She’s hiding it really well. In one of the videos of everyone arriving at Jaisalmer airport you can hear someone telling the photographers to give her a little space since she’s pregnant.

Actually their cousin Ishita wasn’t there and neither was Kiara’s Mom. I think this might have been a shower from the Kapoor’s side and there might be another one from Anissa’s side of the family.
