There were nothing but some baseless blinds about them during Kabir Singh promotion time, nothing more than that.

The way both of them are still comfortable around each other and can tease each other without any sort of awkwardness is clear to depict their strong friendship bond. During Kabir Singh promotion time Shahid even hinted about Kiara-Sid relationship and seemed genuinely happy about it. Kiara is quite close to Meera as well.

Shahid-Kiara's bonding kinda reminds me of SRK-Kajol friendship vibes off screen.
