I think Bacchans had a wrong impression about Aish, that she will be a docile bahu, thats what Jaya had said on KWK when Aish and Abhishek got engaged, that Aish used to walk behind them and just observe and never overstepping her mark and all that..it exposed what Jaya expected from Aish for her entire lifetime..its a bit like Diana situation..absolute goddess who overshadows the whole family..and the whole family goes insecure and straight up conservative to the T, even though they themselves have a scandalous and colourful past.

Aishu was always a strong woman..thats what they dint understand perhaps..it was evident when she dumped Salman..thing is because she conducts herself with grace and is pretty much always diplomatic, its probably taken as a sign that haan this is approved as a proper Bhartiya Naari..but thats about it..any feather in her hat will not be applauded by the Bacchans..thats why I still personally love Aish..she never washes dirty linen in public..but still is a very strong headed and is still getting roles that are tailor made for her..I wish SLB would have got Aish as well in some of his later movies..but he now wants younger faces..oh well..If PS1 succeeds I will truly be very happy for her..there are many setbacks in her life..so many things she had to let go, first because of that criminal bhai and now these Bacchans..yet made it so far.

Sharmila never liked Amrita and did not approve of Saif marrying an older woman. Kareena is considered better as she is younger and in awe of Saif and kind of pliable whereas Amrita used to criticise Saif for his immature ways and naivete, his lack of seriousness towards life and work and often made up for his controversies with others or made him apologise to others for his bad behaviour or apologised herself for his bad behaviour in 90s.

Saif probably felt dominated by Amrita.

I think Sharmila also felt same. Sharmila also promotes Soha's book, does ads with her and not really with Bebo. I do agree I have not seen her promote or praise Sara much. I think they may have supported Sara in drug case from behind the scenes and not directly.

I guess Sara's closeness to her mom and resemblance with her and possessive attitude towards her mom pisses off Sharmila perhaps.

Pataudis are generally more supportive of Kareena and her career. And I guess they learnt from failures with Amrita and perhaps do not want to confine Bebo like they did to her. Also Bebo being a bigger star helps them earn more and get better visibility and branding. Compared to Amrita who was less big of a star and basically fizzling in 90s when she married Saif.

Yes I remember disgusting remarks Bachchans had made about Ash when marriage was announced. Amitabh called her 'domesticated'. He was bashed a lot online and asked if Ash was a cow that he used this word for her.

Jaya had also said 'she is quiet, she listens, she STANDS BEHIND, she is taking it all in'. It is clear what they expected from her. To stand behind or be quiet, stand behind and listen or quit work like Jaya did after marriage or only do films with her husband. And diminish her own shine to not overshadow husband and in laws.

Ash is hardly that active on SM.

And if her family does not promote her then neither does she. It is a two way street. She also keeps distance from Shrima Rai, her bhabhi who is trying to be an influencer too on social media. One cannot say she avoids promoting only Navya and Shweta. And why she needs to promote them if they also avoid her? Or if Shrima tried to use her name to get some unfair advantage or deal as was reported in a blind item earlier?

Her own Instagram profile is only about her family album and hardly about work. Unlike Bachchans who post work stuff too.

She never posts about Amitabh's movies. She never encouraged Navya or mentioned her podcast nor did she post about Agastya's film.

Her sister-in-law from the other side is trying to be an influencer but Aish never gives her a shoutout or reposts something from her to direct some extra followers to her. Most other celebs help out their family members like that. Aish does nothing.

It's always a two-way street. She's probably not that close to anyone so both sides steer clear.

Ash does not post anything on her insta handle which looks more like a photo album of Aaradhya. Bachchans on the other side sit on SM 24*7 and promote everything under the sun.
There are problems from both the sides but like I said earlier Aishwarya maintains some dignity and grace in public unlike the family that makes no effort in hiding their issues. Shweta making faces and walking off while taking pics with Aishwarya at some event is an example of that.
People will obviously comment on what they see in public.

I don't have any kind of strong liking or disliking towards him but when you are stanning actors who are reaching their senior citizen age but still playing college goers. Average to Decent in work but everything is handpicked & served on platter type of actors, who doesn't have 1/4 of this old man's success, name, fame, talent ; you either humble yourself & respectfully shut up. Ranbir - Alia may be known but they aren't known for having best of personality. The attitude & arrogance is a very telling. & as fans, human being, age shaming isn't something to be proud of. And I think K Jo having fallout with AB is also thankless. AB worked with his dad when his dad was a nobody and gave him hit like Dostana and iconic film like Agneepath which got him National award for best actor. Yash Johar got big stars working with him and became big name partly due to AB. And Karan is willing to sideline and ignore same AB? Why he also used AB's post KBC popularity in K3G and KANK? In this sense new generation is indeed rude and has less regard or gratitude for someone they benefitted from earlier. Adi Chopra is still better that he respects AB even if he gives him craps like TOH or JBJ.

TBVH, I try to not comment much on these people, unless I have observed them enough or know about a particular situation. I have seen people calling KJO names & at a times, I felt a little sorry thinking it's may be a bit unnecessary but they were right. I don't want to disrespect snake by calling him one but he's some different level' s creature. Alia might be in a good space today but I do think sooner or later, these two will be the reason of their downfall. Since Alia happened, KJO has become the nastiest & openly showing what kind of a bitch he actually is. Fame should humble people & they try to act it out, too but their sneaky remarks make their real face surface.

I, genuinely had no comment about RK, he's just - never occurred to me as someone I'd like to know much about. But whenever I read about what he said or watched his IVs, sometime I felt it's better if he doesn't speak (a lot). Here, he had to remind his wife about a Sr. who can wash them, dry & repeat when it comes to every department of entertainment they can think about, is something pretty disrespectful. Rest, whatever..

Alia was talking about SRK because it was a cameo. Amitabh was a listed actor in the film. Ranbir slipping in his name is funny though. I wonder if he is more worried about Amitabh throwing a fit or the readers of the gossip websites he visits. 😆

I am willing to bet his dad Yash Johar had way more credibility and respect, goodwill in industry and sense to behave which Karan never had. Yash Johar also looked more of a gentleman unlike obnoxious diva Karan.
