What husband yaar .. dude sits on twitter and insta the whole day and keeps promoting everything under the sun except his wife ‘s films. Even when he does post something it looks like a mere formality. I saw some people saying this on Reddit too. They may say or not but I bet Senior Bachchans hate Ash for not bearing them a male heir. They are old school mentality.

I do not mind their promoting Shweta or Navya and I admire the fact that they support their daughter even after marriage and not treat her like paraya dhan or outsider.

But it is strange what distance they keep from Ash and her family. And Ash was earlier in Kalyan ad with Amitabh but now she is gone and Jaya is with AB in that ad.

Bachchans not promoting any Ash film post Robot also says a lot about them. No word on PS1. Why?

The facade they put earlier at Cannes and Oprah show or Miss World stage is slowly wearing off. Especially since Abhishek's potential as main lead was buried and he flopped even in web series.

Ash is not even doing ads anymore the way she was seen in Kalyan Jewellers ad. Loreal is the only ad which goes on.

Bachchans have indirectly slowly stopped encouraging Ash's work and making it clear they do not want her to work. Or excel in her work. These are slow tactics. All families use it to slowly crush women's self esteem and later claim she gave up work herself and it is not they who stopped her from working.

I am shocked how Bachchans promoted Shweta's book and Navya's podcast and company but never promote Ash's work and Ash is nowhere in Bachchan family gatherings or with Shweta or Navya either. Contrast it to Kareena's MIL Sharmila being in her radio show for an interview. Or her husband still doing ads and appearances with her.

You are spot on with your observation. I have felt the same about their situation.

I think Abhishek has stopped posting about success of Ash after he got badly trolled for posting about an award she received and trolls called him useless and shamed him for doing nothing while his dad and wife were so successful till date.

He probably wants to avoid trolls and does not want to be seen as living off fame or earning of wife.

Yes. A lot of these videos are on YT. I appreciate Ash for at least conducting herself with grace but Bachchans have stopped pretending even. There are more videos where people have called out of their behaviour. On some films screening I think Sarabjit, entire family behaves horribly with Aishwarya and her family. AB Sr and Jr had to be cajoled for group pics and AB Sr just walked off with Aishwarya’s father left standing there. Jr also behaves in a similar way. This has to be more than just professional stuff even though it may have all started with that.

That still makes him look like an insecure man. What was the family thinking when the two got married ? Ash was always going to be the bigger star. It was all okay when the entire family basked in her fame and aura, walking red carpets at Cannes with Amar Singh in tow , attending oscars , Oprah show etc but cannot handle the downside of it.

Why does AB even sit on SM the whole day and keep fighting with trolls ? Just post and leave.

The Pataudis are more encouraging and supporting towards Kareena but the problem with I have of them is that they did not do the same with Amrita.

All the talks of eugenics from Saif plus Sharmila being nice to Sara only after her first KWK as she spoke well about Saif. And Ibrahim being the one resembling the Pataudi genes

Plus the whole drug scandal that Sara was in and Saif and family not supporting her.

Saba is the only member that I see who atleast treats all her nephew's and nieces in the same way atleast in the Instagram world

When do you ever see Aish giving any public support to the Bachchans? Or to anyone for that matter.

She never posts about Amitabh's movies. She never encouraged Navya or mentioned her podcast nor did she post about Agastya's film.

Her sister-in-law from the other side is trying to be an influencer but Aish never gives her a shoutout or reposts something from her to direct some extra followers to her. Most other celebs help out their family members like that. Aish does nothing.

It's always a two-way street. She's probably not that close to anyone so both sides steer clear.
