Watched it finally.
This is probably first movie of ranbir where he has fumbled as an actor. I felt like I was watching bunny from YJHD or that character from ADHM (sorry forgot the name). It was difficult to separate all those characters he played from one another. I am afraid he will become yet another shahrukh khan playing himself and looking like himself in all of his movies.
Alia was here there and everywhere even when she was not needed. Acting wise, she comes across a try hard. There is nothing much to say about her acting or the character except that she is a terrible at being flower pot.Kudos to Katrina for managing to grab eye balls in such roles and standing out on her own. Alia falters when she doesn't have author backed roles. Doesn't suit a so called best actress in bollywood.
The chemistry is the biggest drawback. I absolutely felt no chemistry between shiva and isha. It's as thanda as ranbir finds karina in bed. I wonder what kjo was thinking when he played matchmaker for these two in real life.
There was no story to talk about and whatever little is there it was too confusing to make a head or tail out of it.
Watched and heard kesariya for so long that even that song looked stale. The rest were just meh and could ve been avoided to shorten to lenth of the movie.
Fell asleep in the middle for God knows how long which helped otherwise I would have needed to take aspirin after putting myself to this torture intentionally.
I don't think I have enough courage to catch up to the missing parts to understand the storyline in case they are making part 2.
this is brutal😂 I agree with almost everything. The story is nil,why would any other thing even matter then?ok fine it can still be aesthetically pleasing and a movie can be praised for that. But this movie isn't even that.
