Is it end of Aamir as a main lead superstar?

Other Khans atleast make movies regularly. Aamir releases 1 movie in 5 years and not even his usual 1 film per year like he did till 2001.

LSC is headed towards epic disaster.

Aamir is already having lot of problems in personal life and may want to focus more on launching his kids in future. Or probably focus on production or direction himself.

Is it end of Aamir as a commercially solid main lead hero, officially? Considering he will be 60 by the time he decides to release his next film? End of chances of record breaking openings and record breaking WW collections the way he started 100 cr, 200 cr, 300 cr, 400 cr clubs?

Is he mostly gonna go senior Amitabh way doing films for the craft or acclaim or 'good' grossers in old age like Baghban, Paa, Black? Or do dad, prof, coach type roles and no more hero?

Is it officially the end of Aamir as a BO force playing main lead?

No

He will be back and he will re-invent himself as he always does

I loved LSC and I know a lot of ppl did too

Bollywood is currently going through a low phase

I'm sure they will bounce back

I think he should start doing movies more regularly and target 1/2 movies per year like Salman . Age is not on his side to focus on only one movie for years

SRK already producing many movies for other actors some are hit some floped,,,,,

I think both Amir and Akshay should start making films I mean as a producer and sign good new writer, director, actors rather than acting.

Salman, Shahrukh, Ajay still have some years

Nahh, it’s Aamir Khan. If anyone can make a come back it’s him.

The reason his movies take long to finish is because he’s genuinely passionate about his projects. He doesn’t do movies for the sake of making money and moving from one project to another every 40 days 👀. I think he does ads for money and is probably making loads of money from endorsements therefore he can comfortably take his time with the films. And his movies usually come every two years. The pandemic is what pushed LSC to 2022 and caused this 4 year gap after Dangal.

Keeping all his recent roles in mind (He’s already played a father to grown kids in Dangal) he’s not afraid of pushing himself and trying something new and different. Also irrespective of box office numbers no one can deny his passion for his work. A couple of flops won’t keep him down. LSC also got a lot of great reviews so it’s quality hasn’t been panned across the board like TOH was. He’ll bounce back.

He may bounce back but I really doubt if he can ever break records or set new records again as a main lead hero himself like he did until Dangal.

I do agree he has shown many times that he can bounce back and reinvent himself and he played dad in Dangal and Talaash and even LSC.

But I doubt his ability to break records again given how age is not on his side.

On a side note, out of the three khans, it is SRK who can best occupy the space Big B currently does. But I can also see why he is the most desperate to hold on to his glory days.

Aamir is one of the very few actors who I actually know will “bounce back”.

+1 to all this.
